The factory has begun modernizing and renewing its equipment. From 2003 to 2007 over 15 million UAH was spent on these purposes.
In 2005-2006 an old confectionary workshop was reconstructed into the white bread workshop. A modern highly-technological automated production line with a daily capacity of 12 tonnes of bread was installed and put into operation.
In 2008 a new automated line for white bread with a daily production capacity of 15 tonnes was installed. The line is equipped with a Revent tunnel oven (Sweden), a Diosna dough-mixing machine (Sweden) and Glimek dough-dividing equipment (Sweden).
The total amount of investments is 4,5 million Euros.
In July 2010 “Bread Palace” was opened where all bread and confectionary products were represented by OJSC “Chernovitsky Bread Factory”.
In 2011 new kine for the production of pan bread was put into operation at PJSC “Chernovitsky Bread Factory” that consists of the oven ФТЛ-2 ООО Technohleb (Kiev), final prover and hoper ХТР of “Krayany” LLC (Dnepropetrovsk), with capacity up to 15 tonnes per day. New facilities for packaging of products were bought for loaf shop.
